I finished my 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in December 2024 from Yoga Centre Winnipeg . I loved being in class and I have so much more to learn about teaching. For now I offer some free classes to my office-mates. I would love to get more training – perhaps I will return to my beloved Costa Rica for round two of training.
